Small Group Pilates Training

This is a fun and innovative program that provides full body conditioning on the Total gym Encompass - a special machine that allows you to work multiple muscle groups together for a complete workout that challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by integrating multi-plane movement and unrestricted range of motion in nearly every exercise.

Class duration: 45 minutes

Open times: Friday mornings - 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 AM

Class dates: Fall drop-ins begin on September 20th!

Location: Coppermine Bare Hills

Cost: $25/class for Coppermine Bare Hills members, $30/class for non-members
